Yellow highlighting indicates that one of the highlighted entries may contain a bad date or odometer value. Incorrect date and odometer values can cause Road Trip to produce inaccurate graphs and statistics.

Common errors include date that's off by one year, or an odometer that's off by one digit.

In the above example, the top-highlighted entry has an incorrect year (2013 instead of 2014).
