Editing and Importing Road Trip CSV

You can use a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel to edit your existing Road Trip data. This is useful if you want to make a large number of edits to your data, or if you want to merge two sets of data.

1. Editing Road Trip CSV Data

Road Trip’s CSV file contains all of your vehicle’s data and settings. The file is divided into multiple tables:

  • Fuel
  • Maintenance
  • Road Trips
  • Vehicle
  • Tire Log
  • Valuations

You are free to add, remove, or edit rows in any of the tables. Do not remove any of the tables or reorder the columns.

You do not have to add rows in any particular order. The rows will be sorted automatically by date and odometer.

When adding new data, the Flags column should always be blank. Most other columns are optional and can also be blank.
